FOCUS ON FAMILY INVOLVEMENT EDUCATION
It is our goal to provide the support and care that will enable families who are facing the challenges of caring for an ill child to feel comfortable and confident that their child is receiving the attention and treatment he or she needs. Children’s Home Healthcare provides hourly services in a well-coordinated, family centered approach to meet the complex needs of these patients and their caregivers. With a focus on family involvement education, we strive to teach and educate you and your caregivers on your child’s special diagnoses and needs.
Caring for children who have complex medical needs requires continual education and learning of new skills and techniques. With the help of our highly trained nurses, children with severe illnesses and their families can receive love, support and education in a nurturing home environment.
MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK
A patient’s medical condition can impact more than their physical health. Our clinical social worker provides support when there are social and emotional factors related to a patient’s illness. Our medical social work services are available on a short-term basis to help improve treatment or recovery.
